1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777kd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777kd.io and all associated services, games, features, and content provided therein.

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the 777kd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understood their meaning and implications, and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 777kd platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 777kd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 777kd. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only; in all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 777kd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777kd strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. Players aged under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, play, or receive any bonus or promotional benefit under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (individual human being) and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are registering voluntarily for entertainment purposes and are not subject to any current self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or third-party exclusion request that would prohibit your access to gambling services.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 777kd due to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, abuse of bonuses, or any other violation of platform rules.

• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. You are not depositing funds that you cannot afford to lose.

777kd reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time, including during the registration process, upon making a withdrawal request, or in response to a fraud investigation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable time period specified by 777kd may result in account suspension.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the 777kd platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777kd will close all secondary accounts, may close the primary account, and will void any balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your 777kd Login credentials with any other person. 777kd will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that an unauthorised third party has accessed your account.

All account information, including your registered name, date of birth, address, and linked payment methods, must remain accurate and current throughout your use of the platform. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any detail changes. 777kd may require re-verification of your identity whenever account information is updated.

• Account usernames may not impersonate any person, organisation, or brand.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 777kd support via live chat.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee as specified in the applicable fee schedule.
• Account balances remain the property of the player and are not affected by standard account closure procedures initiated by the player.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

777kd accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Visa and Mastercard instruments where applicable. All payment accounts used to deposit funds to 777kd must be registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from a payment account held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 777kd at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 777kd is not responsible for delays caused by network outages or system maintenance on the part of third-party payment providers.

• Deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the player's responsibility.
• 777kd does not charge a fee for standard deposit transactions. Payment provider fees, if any, are separate and payable to the provider directly.
• All deposits are subject to standard anti-money-laundering screening procedures. 777kd may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds.
• Failed or reversed deposit transactions must be reported to 777kd support within 48 hours of the attempted transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the player's most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where this is not technically possible, withdrawals will be processed to a verified alternative payment account held in the player's own name. 777kd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity, scheduled maintenance windows, or when additional verification documentation is required. 777kd targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all verified withdrawal requests but does not guarantee this timeline where circumstances outside its reasonable control apply.

• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 777kd reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the platform suspects fraudulent activity, terms violations, or money laundering. In such cases, funds will be held pending investigation.
• Players may cancel a pending withdrawal request before processing is initiated; once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

777kd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to eligible players. All such promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times specified in the promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Different game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Players who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus exploitation or arbitrage may have their bonus eligibility suspended.
• 777kd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring the terms of bonuses already accepted and actively in use.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Maximum withdrawal from free spin winnings may be capped as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777kd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games without express written permission from 777kd.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Engaging in systematic bonus exploitation, including through the coordinated opening of multiple accounts or the use of proxies to circumvent account restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the 777kd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 777kd or its content and game suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 777kd name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of 777kd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777kd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 777kd platform without prior written authorisation from 777kd.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777kd, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

777kd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, and events outside 777kd's reasonable control may cause temporary service disruptions. 777kd's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777kd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Amendments to Terms

777kd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 777kd will provide notice via email to registered players and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform's homepage for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 777kd platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 777kd operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representation that the services described herein are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own location.

The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through the complaints procedure set out in Clause 14 shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

For formal complaints that cannot be resolved through live chat, you may submit a written complaint to our support email address. 777kd commits to acknowledging all formal written complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and providing a substantive response within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 777kd's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through the arbitration procedure described in Clause 13.
